We’re looking for an enthusiastic and flexible Events Attendant to join our team at Brio Civic Hall – a vibrant venue hosting everything from live entertainment to community events.

No two days are the same, and you’ll play a key role in making sure every event runs smoothly and safely.

What you’ll be doing

• Bringing events to life by setting up and preparing spaces to meet customer needs
• Supporting the delivery of events and ensuring a great experience for visitors
• Operating staging, seating and specialist equipment
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness across the venue
• Helping keep the building safe and secure, including opening and closing

This is a role where no two weeks look the same. Working hours are variable and change each week, depending on the events programme.

You’ll be required to work evenings, weekends and other unsocial hours on a rota basis.

We’re looking for someone who’s ready to grow. As part of the role, you’ll have the opportunity to act as a Relief Events Supervisor, including:

• Taking on keyholder responsibilities
• Supporting bar and event supervision and operations
• Occasional lone working

You’ll receive an enhanced (upper) rate of pay when undertaking these duties.
