Pickleball Coach

We are looking for an enthusiastic Level 1 qualified Pickleball Coach to support the delivery of fun, safe, and engaging pickleball sessions for players of all ages and abilities.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver structured pickleball sessions in line with Level 1 coaching guidelines.
• Support beginner and improver players with basic skills and game understanding.
• Assist with session planning, warm‑ups, and cool‑downs.
• Ensure a safe and inclusive coaching environment.
• Promote enjoyment, participation, and fair play.
• Support lead coaches where required.

Essential requirements

• Level 1 Pickleball Coaching Qualification (or equivalent)
• Passion for pickleball and sports participation.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work with groups of mixed ages and abilities.
• Basic knowledge of safeguarding and health & safety.

Desirable

• Previous coaching or sports leadership experience.
• Availability for evenings and/or weekends.
